Gold stars and silver stars in scout/coach reports. Has anyone from SI ever given an explanation to this or are we still guessing?

The popup text doesn't appear in the coach report of the player's card. Apparently, popups only appear on clickable items, like a shortlist, either yours or one provided in your scouts' reports, or in Team Squad > View > Assistant Reports.

What is the "team screen" you are referring to?

This screen is a modified version of the Team Screen.

I have never even seen the - Player - Assistant Reports screen until just now.

I couldn't understand why none of my stars had popups appearing. The quote that one of you posted above from the manual said

so that's what I was doing. If it had said that it only appears on 1 screen then I would have found that screen.

The reason I asked where you were getting your information from was because I couldn't find it in the manual and I couldn't get the popups to appear.
