Is there any way to skip all the intro screens when FM2008 first starts up ?
I had a file for last year's game (NoLoadNoWait) that effectively replaced the logos etc with nothing and allowed you to dive straight into playing.
This doesn't seem to work with FM2008.
Any ideas / pointers ??

I'm pretty sure that it is not possibe, as FM is loading etc during the ads, and so you would instead have a prolonged black screen without them.

There was a hack for fm2007 (I think) that made it possible. Haven't seen one for fm2008.

On FM 2006 I replaced to into screens with my own club/player pics. But not sure if this possible in this version.

That's because the game has changed. It's no longer possible.

You could replace the files with something more pleasing to the eye, though ... The files go in CDocuments and Settings\(xxxx)\My Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2008\graphics\logos and are called si.png, sega.png, license.png, kroof.png, and warchild.png. I haven't done this personally, but I'd imagine you might have to reload a skin. But, maybe not. I dunno.

I'm probably going to get in trouble for publicly disclosing how to get rid of the license screen...
