oracion is infamous around these parts

i don't know how tight marking affect my play??? i\anyone can tell me??
i play for Palermo, and now my team in 5th of serie A.. somehow after loosing 3-2 to Inter Milan on away game.. i lose 6-1 to Empoli...
can anyone help me ??

my tactic ::
team inst.:
4-4-2
mentality:9
closing down :12
width:13
tackling:hard
focus passing :both sides
defence line : 5
tight marking
offside trap
counter attack
not using playmaker
use target man

Everyone with a high value in marking and concentration will be good on tight marking.
A player with high anticipation and positioning are better on loose.
F.eks both my FB are not that great at marking(13) but anticipation and positioning is excellent(17-18).
On average they got 10+ interceptions each match..
