There seems to be alot of people who have created succesful training schedules in previous FM games and FM 2008 before the patch.
These schedules seem to have become less effective than the standard general training since the patch was introduced therfore people have reverted to training their players with the general schedule.
Why is this and are the training guru's working on post patch training schedules? What is needed to get back to buying young players and sitting back and watching their attributes soar through the combination of good coaches, good training schedule and a bit of match practice.
