Do you reckon that constantly changing your coaching staff will affect the development of youth players, like at the start of every season

I dont think so. I dont think that coaches and players have to get used to each other (I'm talking about in the game, not irl). If the coaches are 7 star, then the development should go as normal. It'll obviously vary a little because no two coaches will be similar. Even if you replace one "shooting" coach with another, besides the technique and attacking attributes which affect shooting, you'll also need to look at his adaptability, determination, working with youngsters stats etc.

i don't think so i they have the same rating well everything stays the same no !!

But will it upset the balance of the squad?

I am struggling with my beloved Watford 3rd season. After a 10th place we were proud of my first season up, i strengthened my squad with 5 class players and heaps of talent. I Also brought in a new Ass Man and replaced half of the coaching staff.. anyway, trying to gel in the new players and only playing 2-3 in my starting XI, but my tactics just doesnt work anymore..

I would think too many changes in a short space of time, squad or staff, would cause problems..
