you have to literally try and get him on the first day of the game otherwise he doesnt go anywhere lol

Look for:
Tactical Knowledge 16+
Working with youngsters 15+
Judging player PA 16+
Judging player CA 16+
Motivating 17+

and also he should be a 6 star (atleast) coach in some aspect of training. Ricardo Moniz fulfills all of those in my game.
