As you all know there are certain coutries where under-18 players are not allowed to be transferred out of the country.
Does this mean if i want to develop some homegrown players for the future it will not be possible with players bought from those countries, as the player must be 17 or under when they come to the club. What if they came on their 18th birthday would that be an option?
And I also read somewhere that if a player was 18 when you bought them and spent a couple years at the club they become country homegrown which would also be a great option for me. Does anybody have any way to overcome this?
That being said its a very good challenge to have to watch your own club development while trying to do well at the same time.
