The really good regens seems to come from lower leagues im talking league 2 or 1 clubs, i signed a pa 199 for 250k and he now has ca 144 at age of 19, which is tremendous he skyrocketed by 30ca! last season and i expect another huge jump. i signed another kid from german 2nd league club for 5k! who has pa 192

;-) anyone else have any similar successes?
why do all the great regens with 190+ pa come from lower leagues...

To be more realistic I would imagine, most players come from a lower league. I don't use any scouting tools so I would imagine my games have a lot of high PA players still playing on lower leagues but I do notice most of the 'up and coming' starlets coming from Man Utd, Liverpool & AC Milan in my games.

i have the best scouts in the game bought them all

and they go all over the planet from one scouting assignement to another

i only find one "good" player (i mean young 16 years old regen)

Genie scout is a programme you can download which enables you to load your saved game into it, and see information on all players on that save, including PA, CA and hidden attributes like injury proneness and consistency.

The genie scout for the latest patch isnt out yet, but should be available within the next week. In the meantime I can send you a link of where to download FM Modifier, which is an ingame editor which gives you the same sort of info, only you can edit things like tranfer budgets. It's a tool for those who want to edit something in a game that's already been started. The disadvantage of the FM modifier is that you can't search for example "PA - 160+" like you can on Genie scout, you have to search each player individually and check their PA.

Using FM Scout or anything similar is ****ING CHEATING.

Get rid of it and play the game properly!

Browsing the good player & team guide forum for good players is one thing, but to literally search players via a criteria of their potential is just ridiculous.
