He's requested a transfer due to being unhappy at the sale of Mertesacker at his team so my thinking is he won't be unhappy for too long. Is he worth spending £10.5m on or should i just leave it?

I've not had him in my team yet but been thinking of buying him. Last season, it was a toss-up between him and VDV. I chose VDV because everyone seems to rave about him. He's been distinctly average for me so now I'm trying to offload him and get Diego. You cant go wrong with 10.5M on him though. Go for it.
