delgado (4.4mil) and stancu (200k) for striker, radu (2mil) for left back, for right back get that free transfer from CSKA (can't think of his name atm). And get Piatti for midfield

I've just signed Javi Martinez from Atletico Madrid for £37.5m in 2011 and he is class.

Not sure how much he would cost you in the first couple of seasons but i imagine you probably can pick him up for £8m

Got Lewis Stevenson (LCM) from hibs for 2.5mil in season 2 (he's 21). He has full bar on the fans confidence meter after 3 goals from first 5 games.
