Im Man Utd and was looking to buy Banega

I've bet Napoli's contract offer in all aspects (wage, signing on fee, app fee, goal bonus and even put his squad status to Key Player)

He'll no doubt get a game and i see no reason why he would pick Napoli over me. Its very unrealistic the first major rejection ive seen in FM to be utterly ridiculous. What am i doing wrong?

because some youngsters just like in real life don`t want to take such a huge step ,and want to take it one step @ the time.

Hmmm i dunno he had so many options which were all so much better than Napoli but weren't "huge" steps for example Ajax, Newcastle and other mid table prem teams.

I could understand why he would do this if Napoli was his favoured club but it isnt so it seems ridiculous to me. Total loss of talent he'll go nowhere at Napoli. Such a shame!

He might also be very loyal playing for the team he supports in which case why move?

What season are you in? The most likely reason is that they are offering him a first team role or something while you might be offering only "hot prospect" or something.

I reckon it's very realistic; some people just hate Man United and this lad is obviously one of them. I would play for a sky blue team ahead of the red scum any day, even if it wasn't City.

Banega came easily in my game second season, although I did the transfer very quickly in case any other teams came sniffing. Promptly loaned him out for the first half of the season as he was not good enough to challenge the likes of hargreaves and carrick at that point.
