i have been appointed as Southampton's coach (first season). This team lacks quality and depth... i'm looking to sign developed players who can, and should, raise my game immediately. need new recruitments (loan/permanent) in almost all departments. any suggestions?

btw i got 3M... but many players r not willing to sign for me... so far its been frustrating.

If you are at the beginning of the season go for the following players -

Piatti - £100k
Buonanotte - £10k

Also look to sign up the following players for the future -

Alex - £350k
Lomski - £0

thx guys... i'll try to loan these players (even tho i doubt if mekelele will join me in the championship)

btw, yes i'm right at teh start of the 07-08 season

Also look at Evans for United and Johnston (sp?) for Middlesbrough on loan if you have no luck with the others!
Arsenal also have some 17yr old Norwegian CB/DM in their reserves or youth team and is a pretty decent loan signing.
