Hope he isnt as ugly as him, poor kid.

Take the printscreen, put it onto paint and save it. Go to imageshack.us and host it. Whip the link into here.

I've always just bought young talent for cheap prices and it's great to see you do the same
I'll definatley be doing the same when i actually get the game I've still been playing the demo

P.S (I remember back on last years FM, I spent around £30mill during a 10 year stint at AC Milan :cool
Yeah, I think it's fun developing your team with youngsters you've nurtured yourself. It's more satisfying than buying the worlds best players even though you could - I've got a £200 mio transferbudget right now, but no need for spending them

I've used 9 mio (5.5 first season, 3.5 second season, 0 3rd season) so far in my carreer

Hmm, I've made my own training schedules - nothing fancy just made some who looks logical - and then ofcourse some good coaches.

Also I use older players to tutor the younger ones - just remember that it's important who you choose. I usually look at their description, e.g. if it says "similar player to Rio Ferdinand" I try to have him tutored by Rio.

One last thing is that I give my youngsters relatively much firstteam football. Ofcourse the League Cup is "their" cup, but also some League, F.A. Cup and Champions Cup games I let some hot prospects play.
Actually I've found that it can have a positive effect having some young players who are fighting for a place in the first team, fight their heart out in a home game against Sunderland rather than having your (sometimes lazy) stars play those games.

Its all well and good nuturing young players if you already know they're going to be a superstar within the game. Everyone knows Saviet, Lulinha etc are great players on the game. Surely the real skill would be to never but any players and nuture the yound players that come automatically through your youth system or continue to nuture players in season 2015 when nobody knows who the next potential star is going to be.
