Try getting Belluschi from River, if he hasn't moved already. Otherwise, look at players like Maxi Moralez, Yoann Goufran, or even Aaron lennon or Giles barnes if you want to buy english!

Arteta is best as MR I think. Anyway, get Matias Fernandez. He's an awesome player. If you want a versatile player, get Alessandro Rosina. Excellent!

Reallt thank you you guys for the help. Is 25m enough to get those top players ? I dont think they are willing to join me . Dont know why arteta dont play well for me and he has great stats .

Some of them willing be willing to come. Forget guys like Ronaldo, Messi, Silva etc. Neither will they come, nor can you afford them.

Gouffran, Belluschi, Keita, Fernandez and Rosina should definitely be available in your budget and should also be willing to come. Not sure though. Fernandez and Rosina are very highly recommened (in that order).
