no load when you get beat guys in here .. just wondering what formation every1 plays, and what kind of results you get used to play a 4-2-2-2 (score loads, tires players out too fast), now changed that to 4-1-2-1-2 / 4-4-2 custom

started a new game with chelsea, results as follows

Dumbarton (Away) 9-0 win
Stoke (Away) 5-0 win
Crystal Palace (Away) 3-1 win
Arsenal (Neutral) 2-1 win

West Brom (Away) 2-0 win

I play with a pretty much standard 4-4-2, have arrows on the wingers going straight ahead to just behind where the strikers are and have given individual players instructions, i.e. left and rights backs, my more defensively minded midfield player, the one I let roam free etc.

My results mirror yours somewhat, but I think that's just because we're both playing with Chelsea! It's pretty difficult to do crap with them. Personally, after playing a few seasons with them I'm going to start a new game and try some of this LLM that I read about.

Sounds difficult but more rewarding.

I play with standed 5-3-2, dont score that many per game, 1 & 2 nil mainley - but dont conced that many either.

I use a diamond midfield in a 4-4-2, with the attacking midfielder and the wide players with forward arrows. My results are a mixed bag, in that I win and draw the same amount most seasons. My team is virtually invincible due to the fact that I am Wycombe in League 1 and have a team of superstars, so my tactics have very little to do with it!

I used to play 4-1-2-1-2 with wingers pushing to the AMR/L positions and this scored bags of goals.
However I was getting spanked in the Premiership using this so reverted to a similar formation Mcleanrocks uses, and it certainly works well.
