Well...

Mine didnt freeze at all but when i finished my session and re loaded my save the next day it came up that corrupt message.

So dont think this wait 5 mins **** is really the answer..Hope SI get to the bottom of this as its starting to get on my tits..

I use multiple saves so i only lost a few months but I can imagine what I would have been like if it was 3 seasons worth.

Plus when I save I havnt streamed music/messaged or anything like that.So in brief my save game currupted without my screen freezing, without me messaging/streaming etc aswell...

dennan i know what u mean, its well frustrating. Mine didnt freeze either, well i dont think it did. i save it twice now, in different directories. Then just make sure that i can go back to main menu after.

Just happend to me two & half seasons gone

when i went to save my game last nite at 1am - it saved fine as normal - went to load today 9.30am (it started to load half the loading bar - only to say Game Cannot Be Loaded.

Gutted...

Just for the record this has just happened to me. Forget this 'screen freezing, wait 1 minute' nonsense, I saved my game before turning my xbox off in the same manner as always, went to load it the next day and hey presto 'game could not be loaded'. Is there actually any solution to this muck apart from keeping multiple saved game files which i have neither the time nor the inclination to do?

You need to ensure that once the game has saved you are back in control and can navigate around the screen before going back to dashboard or switching the console off.

On some rare occasions the save dialog disappears too quickly and it may seem as if the game has saved but it has not. The corruption is caused by exiting the game while it is still saving the data.

If you wait until you can navigate around again then you should not suffer from this problem.
