need some help guy, R: Coaches. how do the coaches improve? i'm thinking as the game goes on the stars at the side of their names will get more, would that be right?

also, can you sort coaches out to coach certain age groups. Ian Durrant & Bomber are my first team coaches along with 5 other coaches (including McCoist who i signed) Coisty, Durrant & Bomber all have 16 next to their names for working with kids, can you sort this out so they're coaching the reserves as their listed as first team coaches.

a rangers fan, excellent.. coaches stats improve through the game similar to players, depending on ca and pa, the starts beside there name in the training screen will never change, thats basically how good they are divided by how many jobs they are doing .. so if he's got 20 for gk coaching and 20 for attack coaching, doesnt mean if you put him to train everything he will have 5* for all, have 1 coach training 1 thing, possibly 2

coaching reserves no, but you can set them to manage the reserve team and/or under 21 team instead of your assistant manager, its under the manager options screen.. and on a different note fm 2007 before christmas !!

cheers for that, managed to figure it out tho, got Coisty training the under 19s & Durrant on the reserves. sorted out my coaches so their training to their strengths.
