I few people have mentioned that the next update of the game for the xbox 360 will be released befor Christmas.. is this fact or fiction?

Yes, Football Manager 2007 is currently in production and should be available before Christmas.

I'm a bit shocked at that, I only got mine at the end of April and will only get a few months of play out of it before the new one comes out.

yea but the way I'm playing the game I'll have 100 seasons in by then. I assume it will be region free like this years? Saves me having to try to get a real work permit in England......LOL.....
