Hi all.
Im making a leaflet for my girl friend but ive hit a wall.
My nemesis is type and i can never seem to make any text look any good can any one give me any pointers?
Also how could i improve this file thanks.

I think you are pretty close to a good design there. I'd like to see two differences. Make your type layer "To maximise the benefits of yo" active. Link the Logo set and the AftercareAdvice layer. Layer > Align Linked > Horizontal Centers to line up the three text items. Also, I would change the font for the Logo, unless it is already in use elsewhere in that font. The text font you are using has more pizazz and makes the logo font sort of blah. I'd use the same font as the rest of the leaflet but make it stand out with an outer glow, as you already have done.

Nice job thus far!! I would go through and check for spelling errors. There were only a couple that I plainly noticed!
