Apologies if this has been posted or asked before, I have not really followed the 360 threads as I am more a PC version fan. Anyway I bought the 360 simply for online play (bit of a mistake there then!).

Anyway, I hate the method used to display the stats of players, this big green thing. Is there anyway for me to revert back to my trusted spreadsheet view? I so preferred being able to see the actual numbers for loads and loads of stats as it made my choice a lot easier when finding players.

If its not possible then im curious as ot why it has been changed. FM has developed so much over the years adding more and more stats for realism, now we have less than started with in CM.

When on the screen with the 'spiders web' view, press down on the D pad and it will switch to the 'numbers' view.

Takes a bit of getting used to (as do a lot of things in this version) but it becomes second nature once you get into it.

Actually it helps me a great deal. If a scout says loook at a guy and I see he's totally crap on the spider display I hit left trigger and leave but if it looks promising I'll review his numbers and decide if he should be approached for signing or shortlisted.

I never really use the 'spiders web' view as I prefer the 'numbers' view.

It's used as an overview and a quick alternative way of displaying a players strengths and weaknesses.

Not like it's intended to replace the individual attributes or anything.
