I don't want to hate it, i've been buying the FM/CM series since i first owned a computer, but this version just doesn't like me one bit.
I've gone my usual brazilian side Sport Recife and as soon as it gets to the 'proper' league i can't win (although i can easily in pre-season league) and i have a Liverpool game that i really do struggle with.
Compared with how i usually do on the last games it's a massive shock. I wouldn't sayt he last one's were easier but i was far better at them than this one.
Maybe it's becasue it's on the 360 (TV) or maybe i am just pretty rubbish now but i've losy my mojo. Desperately looking for some tips, think i'm gonna stick to the PC version in the near future though,. Text is sharper and it is easier to find you way around (how the hell do you look at transfers and future transfers? - i have players like recoba, toldo, etc comin in the summer for free and others but i can't find a way to track them all)
Im having the same problems,im celtic and cant beat teams like Livingston and Falkirk!!!! I can beat Hearts and Rangers but Falkirk!!! What the F***k!!!!!!! No matter who i use against the Sh**t we always do crap!
I personally haven't played in almost a month now. It just desn't enterntain me enough, I can play a season then get bored as your team goes into a losing patch and doesn't win for 20 games.
I do better on the 360 version than any other version, simply because i put more time into it as i aint watching tv at the same time, (as i do when playing on the laptop).
and to say that the half time team talk is pointless is absurd. You just need to know what to say. Take notice of the last line of text commentary, this usually helps,
if it says you are unlucky sympathise with or encourage the team.
if it says you were poor tell them they were poor or that you expect better.
if you aint sure encouraging is always a safe bet.
