I get the news that I have some players who contract are about to expire and players that are 24 or younger if not offered a deal will be allowed to leave without compensation. My question is what is the compensation for players under 24 that I do not offer a contract for? Are they allowed to leave? Does another team have to pay me some transfer fee for signing one of my under 24 players?

Yeah they pay you compensation. But only if you have offfered them a contract that is equal to their current one or above. If they than accept another clubs offer they will then owe you compensation.
