retired_rcv103 Newb Join Date: Sep 2007 Posts: 0 Rep Power: 0	My players are on drugs My assistant noticed that about half my team were both delighted and demotivated during my half time team-talk. Before i thought delighted = good demotivated= bad..now i have no clue.
