My apologies if this has been asked before but I have a young striker who is very good, and should be in a couple of leagues above my own, however the kid is made out of glass. Will his injury proneness improve (or decrease) as he trains and/or becomes older?
Do the other hidden attributes increase with age/training for that matter?
I would imagine they do...can't be 100% sure though, but I'm sure most of them do and some of them might not. If I recall right, some hidden attributes are linked to some visible attributes which can be improved by training, etc.
As far as I know, injury proneness does not improve. However, the attributes for "Consistency" and "Important Matches" do improve, from what I've seen. I don't know if they're linked with an increase in CA or if they come with age, but they do tend to get better.
Also, hidden mental attributes can go up or down, as well, mostly from tutoring. I had a regen GK go from having a "balanced" personality to being "tempermental" after being tutored by an older keeper, so apparently they can go down with tutoring, as well.

When you discipline a player it says "willingness to improve in the future" sometimes... I assume professionalism/temperament is being improved there.
I'd say that means those attributes are already high, not that they will increase. they are supposed to be affected by tutoring though (so don't let Bellamy or Barton tutor your kids!!)
Certainly for previous FMs, injury proneness was a constant - I'd guess it still is.

Nah SI have said that fining them and them replying "willingness to improve" will improve those stats slightly in some cases.
