I have some concerns about the transfer market in this game, maybe it's just me.

1. It seems everyone knows it when you try to sign someone, no way to keep it private. But on the other hand, if you don't have a shortlist or manually watch on ALL players, rivals will sign famous players without you knowing.

2. Hard to win against in the war after all the clubs offer the player contracts - maybe I need to pay much more than his agent's requirements to win?

yeah i agree with your number 1

but with your number 2. it also depends on your reputation also, fair enough the prospect of a move to man utd is nice but to a new manager woops dont like that
