Only VDM, fined him 2 weeks and sent him on loan to Sunderland. That'll learn him!

I've seen this when I've put a player on the transfer list, and then taken him off, and then put him back on the list again.

I'm sure this happened to me when i wasnt harsh enough of my team in a teamtalk. They got totally outclassed at home by a much poorer team, but i didnt get angry, then soon after i noticed a bunch with "Lack of manegerial discipline"

u get this when u never give a disciplinary action to ur players who gets red carded or poor performance during the game

Are you supposed to fine your players after every red card? I tend not to do it as long as it's not too repetitive.

Also happens when you praise/critisise AI managers too often.
