It looks like this message results from being too optimistic in post-match team talks! I'm Manchester United and just sealed the title with a couple of games to spare with a 3-3 draw at home. We did well to get back to 3-3 and the one point sealed the title, and i said "declare yourself pleased with the result" and suddenly 3 players view this as some kind of lack of discipline lol!!

Are you running the 8.01 patch? This was coming up too often in 8.0 and was fixed.

If you don't address players who do things like miss training then some players will become slightly concerned. It will be fine as long as you don't continue to show you're a pushover.

My captain was worried by lack of discipline. I couldn't for the life of me think why though as nobody else in the squad was.
Anyway, he gets sent off so I fine him to show him what discipline is. He now thinks he's been treated unfairly.
He's currently sitting in the reserves on a brutal training schedule of my design waiting to join Cardiff in July.

I'm at Leicester and my captain (Clemence) has had this since start of Season 1. Now I'm in september 2008 and it's still there, lol, over a year with good performances from the team.
I thought this was going away with time, but it's still there. I hate the guy | |

God knows who's going to be my captain next season as he's by far the best choice.
