with all the frustration in here, about the patch and bugs and staff i just want to offer you some good and simple advice that I been practicing for years now and it worked great for me.
I been playing this game since 01-02 i think and my second version of the game was cm4. I remember that game was full of bugs I think there were 3 patches made to try and fix it the game only became as good as it can be about 4 months after it's release and even then it wasn't perfect. I was so frustrated.
so when CM-03-04 gone out on sell I didn't rush to buy it I think I bought at the end of January or even February and let me tell you not only that got it much cheaper but the patches were already out so i could just install and enjoy the game. I was on cloud nine.
ever since i do this drill every year and it never lets me down. I advice you to do the same
TO SI
stop inventing the wheel every year, it's the same game the same match engine and every year you have the same problems. it's time you started paying less attention to the release date and more to the quality of product you release, otherwise you are going to start losing customers rapidly.
and before somebody pops up to tell me that SI put a lot of work making sure there product is high quality. I know for afact they knew about some big bugs in FM2008 and yet they had no time to fix them it was more important to make sure the game is out on time and this is not the way it should be.
good luck and thank you for taking the time and reading my thoughts.
The fact you know about may be true but it's down to SEGA when the game is released etc. I'm extremely happy with the game post patch. I've yet to find one bug that is show stopping (although I haven't played in Spain yet) so I'm happy. Keep up the good work SI.
