Go to Your Team > Confidence and click on your Fan Spokesman's name. He should have a FaceGen image...

Youth players are generated a face by facegen, you'll find them in lower league youth teams.. and a few in your own team at the end of the season.

There's also quite a few generated staff with facegen pictures.

Sorry mate, you can't control facegen. it is an application that randomly generates a face based on a few factors
