Spanish release clause dosent release?

Interesting thought on the release clause.

I know from a Spanish seller's perspective if a club bids the release fee (all up front at once, with no installments), you're not even given an option to turn the offer down and the team goes straight to player negotiations (even if the transaction is between two Spanish clubs).

When you make the bid are you offering the full amount up front?

yes i have offered it all up front, ive uploaded my game to the bugs forum to see if they can work out what the answer is.
