Generally astute, the young but brilliant trainer;
Wesley Useche stepped out from the cab. In the cold and chilly air of Boedo he shivered and grinned at the single story revolution period building that stood before him. Pinned across the roof was a banner containing the emblem of his new team; Almagro.
Wesley Useche; a Colombian legend; had spent many a years playing amonst the leagues of that country. As a goalkeeper he even played on the national team once or twice. To Almagro he brough experience; knowledge; and a new roster full of Colombian talent.
His biggest enemy was the foreign player limits but his biggest promise was the raw quality of his team.
He Grinned at the sky, "Yes, this is a good day."
After being sworn in and initiating his first practice week Useche played his first friendly tying to Collegiales to 3 goals.
After a little more work with the team he helped beat Almagros longtime rivals Estudiantes (BA) by one goal.
Against first division side Tigre a few weeks later he lost by 2 goals.
He then won a streak of wins beating Ctral Cordoba, Lanus, And Armenio by 3-1,2-1, and 2-0 respectively.
He also set up several friendlies; cups; and a league. The season does not start for 6 months.
Will Useche have what it takes? Tune in for more colombo kick assery.
