My database crashed as i was editing so it went corrupt and i cannot start new games, i know i need to uninstall but there is no uninstall option from the start menu or anywhere else. How can i uninstall my game?

You need to follow this filepath. CSports Interactive\Football Manager 2007\uninstall (If you installed in the default location) Then double click the "uninstall fm 2007" icon.
I know its a bit late suggestion for you but i always copy the db folder and store it as a back up in my documents folder. "Just in case"
