During the creating of people, there is an option to select Female. What is that for? Any effects on the game?

I know it can be done for non-players(only tried for physio), but can it be use for other type of person, like players?

Anyway, how do I select the female option or cause it to be enabled? The female option is always blanked out, so I cannot select it.

i guess that you cant use it if its blanked out u probaby have to find wat a female can be think its only a physio

But according to their normal database, I've found out it's not just physio. It includes the chairperson of the club's board, coach, Board's Director, Director of football, Fitness Coach, General Manager, Goalkeeping Coach, Manager, Managing director, Scout and Youth team's Coach.

And female staff are usually called "he" anyway.

Exactly. I've actually put female players in the game by editing a female physio, changing her age and making her a player. Game doesn't know the difference and doesn't care.
