Micah Richards demands huge wage

When you try to buy him from Man City he always demands a huge wage and thats even if it is in the start of the game. How come? He has a PA at 185 could that be the reason? Or what do I have to do? I dont think its realistic. That kinda wage comes with age but he is still a teenager. I dont know if you desgree but someone must have an good answer

If a player is actually interested in playing for you, I have found that it is my wage budget allied with the players previous wage and current reputation that determines what they ask for.

Just because he asks for it don't mean you have to pay it. I have successfully successfully signed players for a quarter of their wage demands by compensating the same rough amount in bonuses (this was you don't have to pay them so much if they get a long term injury and receive little value from them for 8 months). For example, signing Vincenzo Grella for the Qld Roar in Australia he asked for 26,000 a week...i got him for 4,500 a week with $7k appearance bonus, $3k goal bonus, #3k win bonus...he then broke his leg and missed most of the short A-League season which meant i was would've wasted two-thirds of my salary cap.

Of course you should be sure that you are giving them a better deal than they are currently on.

Arsenal - I dont really have the money to buy him from the start of the game but I remember that he was very hard to get with Chelsea. Therefor I would have liked to change it so he dosnt demands that much money. He only earns 15,000
