Default At what level would a club suffer financial crisis?

I am wondering teams like Arsenal and so on if i made them have -£150m they would be deducted 9 points in the premier league. would this change depending on team or amount of loss in money?

No. Basically these are set penalties for teams that go into administration. I guess it is possible for it to happen more than once a season, but I am not sure.

I have noticed that teams in administration at the end of season revert to a status of 'in debt' and seem immune from points penalties the next term.

Lower league teams who go into administration seem to have slightly larger point deductions at the start of the season. Although this isn't always the case.

It can't happen more than once a season.
I tried it with Leeds they only got deducted 10 points once, The second and third time.. etc
they just went into administration without being deducted any points.

So once a season im afraid.
