Striker:

Finishing, Composure, Pace, Off the ball, Dribbling, acceleration, Heading, strength, technique.


Winger:

Crossing, Dribbling, Acceleration, Pace, Creativity, passing, flair, technique, stamina

Gk - All of the goalkeeping stats up apart from eccentricity and tendency tp punc, those I tend to set at 10. Also concentration helps.

RB and LB will be the same - Pace, tackling, concentration, positioning, marking, long throws.

CB - Concentration, heading, tackling, decisions, pace, composure, positioning.

DM - tackling, marking, passing, decisions, positioning, good stamina

AM - passing, long shots, flair, first touch, creativity, composure

I would say Work rate for DM to.
these players are running the most in game, and work the most (Gattuso for Milan 15000m per game) and destroys every opponents attack.
