ive stared a new game with this db thanks you wireframe!

btw you said this was based on a original db which means thi is for 7.00ver but when i started a new game it seems like game is playable with a patch 701 applied ??

He didn't mess with any of the coding, it's just based upon the 7.00 DB, so if you use this DB and, say, try to play as England, Rooney will be permanently suspended.

It shouldn't have the coding problems that were pre-patch.

Actually, I think the Rooney bug was coding related.

Yes, though, 7.00 DBs work fine on 7.01 games.

I'm taking a look at the DB. Really well-done, I have to say.

I'm somewhat confused as to why Honda FC is placed in J-League 2, though. With 13 teams set to be in the 2nd division this year, I would've expected to see one team left out, not one amateur team placed in, especially one that has repeated vehemently its desire to stay an amateur squad.

Thank you for taking the time to download my update. Unfortunately I couldn't find a league structure within the game that matched that of the Japanese league exactly.

The most suited that I could find was that of the Chilean league, however this had 20 teams in the top league compared to 18 in Japanese top league. The Chilean secondary league had only 12 teams compared to the 13 of the Japanese, so as a result an extra team needed to be sourced to make up the numbers.

The highest two of three relegated from J1 in 2006 remained in J1 for the patch to make up the 20 from 18 and I had to promote a team from the JFL to make 12 in J2.

If you can suggest a more suitable JFL team I would be grateful?

Yes you can play the game with other updates also on your system. If you install it as the game suggests then you should be able to chose the database you wish to use when you start a new game.

As for your crash, I've yet to experience those symptoms, perhaps if you could email me a screen shot if it happens again?
