both wireframebox and my database are up to date. wireframebox his database is based on 7.0.1, and mine is on 7.0.2.
over 95% of the transfers should be correct, not every site is accurate i found out. but if you want the league to be playable open my database with the editor, and wireframebox's database with the editor. compare the leagues, and change the differences.

here it is, version 2 of the 7.0.2 japanese database.
in this one i've given all the players of the J1 and J2 league a potential ability, to make it (hopefully) a bit more realistic so that we won't have 50 supertalents in Japan and stuff like that. i didn't bother giving a PA to the players of the Japanese Football League (3rd division) because i personally won't add them in my game and i was fed up with working on this for a week and a half (= a week and a half NOT playing FM ;-) )
anyway, enjoy. if you think things should be different anywhere, let me know.

i found a player that is twice in the game.

you will find Tsukasa Umesaki from oita trinita and currently on loan at grenoble twice in the game. so before you start a new game, delete him first. the one you have to delete is the one with the unique ID beginning with 13...
