I'm certain I already know the answer to this, but I'll go out on a prayer and hope that I'm wrong... Is there any possible way (other than manually editing every single player in the database) to make it so that every player (and future regens [FREDs?]) is about 10% worse? IE: Ronaldinho would be CA180 instead of CA198 (or whatever he is, never looked) so that there is more of an opportunity for those rare players that truly do stand out in a league of their own? (Personally I feel there are too many "exceptionals" in the database, and if one was to put Pele or Best in the game, they'd look distincly normal in a top team... just my humble 2p) I doubt it, but just figured it was worth checking.

Without recoding the whole database, I dont think this can be done.
