i keep hearing about this but dont understand what it is or does can anyone help?

the other thing was say i get a scout who only knows english players and send him to scout in brazil does he then gain knowlage of brazil or is it a waste of both our time?

Hi Matty,
Genie Scout is a program that allows you to check/filter out players using positions/pa/ca & also give you a scout report (both current & potential). Plus, genie's will also give you a rating for each player in each position (current+potential) or compare player's best positional rating.

The program also allow you to view hidden attributes, & ofcourse work for looking at coaches & scouts as well. you can also export &/or import shortlist.

I think the best thing Genie Scout gives you is the ability to KNOW for how much money opposing clubs want to sell their players.
