I very much doubt that SI will include it. Maybe if the female game becomes popular enough (can't see that happening) it maybe included. However, atm it seems like a pointless feature.
I 99% certain there is no womens data update. If you want it badly, you could always prepare one yourself but it would be a MASSIVE job.
I'd have to agree with Neji, I couldn't see there being a big enough market to warrant adding women in the game, I had enough trouble asking if there could be a choice between being a female and male manager choice so my girlfriend wouldn't get stroppy being a man ha ha.
pity that there isnt a womens database would have kept the wife quite for a while lol. might try to make one myself then. (anything for a peaceful life)

The game industry have been working on developing games to atract women/girls for many years. Games like Myst and The Sims (as well as many others) are popular with women/girls. Like any other industry, game companies are always trying to grow the market, not just increase market share.
Wii is an example of broadening the market. Wii has games that are more appealing to girls.
