Hi all,
i bought the new game today, everything installed fine, then when i tried to load the editor, it wouldnt let me, an error message came up telling me it couldnt find a missing component: msvcp71.dll
Any ideas wher i can find this file as it is not in the installation and it is driving me crazy. PLEASE HELP!!!!

Friend of mine had the same problem. Type that file in google and I believe it's the first result where you can download the file. Place it in your Windows/system folder and it should work again!

I'm having a similar problem, installed FM2008, it seemed to install fine and loaded up fine, but looking at it more closely I don't have any launch icons and don't have an editor. Been trying to sort it out all day, about to give up and take it back to the shop tomorrow. It's ****ing me off.

Hi I had the same problem you just need to download the file from here: http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dl....shtml?msvcp71
When its downloaded find the windows folder on your hard drive & then the system folder & place it in there & it should work the next time you try to load up editor.
C  WINDOWS\system
