i wanted to give myself some extra stats and language options so i created a new manager and saved data base. then i started a new game and selected the data base i edited but i still dont know how to choose the manager i created. when i do the search, i see that character but thats about it.

you can't select a player/member of staff that is already in the game, you have to create one when starting the game either through the manager wizard or the advanced options
