can somebody have a go at explaining how to edit the feeder teams?

i added a belgian team for birmingham in hopes of having a team to sign non-eu players.. but somehow it didnt worked.. i checked off a) is main team and (b) players move freely

but when i start my game, it doesnt allow me to send players there.. and when i was signing non-eu players, i still had to apply for permits.. wierd.

hope somebody can help here. thx.

Need to make the players able to go to tean on loan.

'Move freely' means players can be signed by either club on free transfers.

okok.. thanks alot. any suggestions on some decent teams to avoid non-eu?.. belgian teams require the lowest years to attain, right?
