Been loking at a youngster MC with above CA and PA. He has only 7. So I was thinking is there some sort of "table" where you can foresee what he would reach in for example passing if he reaches his potential?

CA and PA are only overall stats.

As such if you develop his passing game more than anything else he can still reach 20 passing even with a realativly low PA, but they arnt directly linked. It's more depndant on how you train and play him.

a PA of 160 can develope into a decent player, but it's unlikely he'll be world class. Having said that some lower PA playrs are world class because they have high stats in the right places rather than alot of mediocker stats all over the shop.

Yes of course you are right. Didn't think about that when I asked. But if one takes the General traing setup with rather good coaches and good faciklitys etc. can one say anything about how he will evolve?

Like with top class everything (still general traing) he will raise his passing one point for every 7 potential marks and with standard surroundings one point for every 10 potential marks?

I always thought one PA point roughly translated to one stat point in a certain area. So that your player would have 60 points that he can put towards his stats. Where those points go (and if he ever earns all 60) is up to your training quality and his match experience. If your facilites are average and you never play him, he may only ever get to 145 and start to decline.

I would doubt that he can turn 13 out of his 60 points into passing points with so much other stuff he could wind up earning as a midfielder (dribbling, finishing, long shots, free kicks, teamwork, etc, and then there's the stuff he could earn but you may not want him to have, like crossing, tackling, strength, etc). I'd be pleased if he gets to 14 or 15 in passing, delighted if he makes it any higher.

-8 = 130-160
-7 = 110-140
-6 = 90-120
-5 = 70-100
-4 = 50-80
-3 = 30-60
-2 = 10-40
-1 = 0-20
