I dont egt it, what does player potential mean in the game editor, and what does like "-10" men? that the players can only get worse?

Potential Ability is how good he could become in the future. This value must never be below his Current.

The PA has the same scale as the CA, 0-200. But some young players got minus rating. It's because we'll have a more realistic game then.

-10 = 170-200
-9 = 150-180
-8 = 130-160
-7 = 110-140
-6 = 90-120
-5 = 70-100
-4 = 50-80
-3 = 30-60
-2 = 10-40
-1 = 0-20

Please note that giving the minus ratings does still not ensure they will reach somewhere in the potential range (i.e. giving --10 does not mean the player will definitely reach a potential between 170 and 200) as this will depend on circumstances and random factors.

If a player, so Bojan or someone is -10, and when I use the scout it says potential 170, does that mean that thats him for the rest of the game?

I understand the whole -10 thing, but since they have a minus rating, does that mean it can change?

it means that once the game is created, a player will have a potential between 170-200. lets say 170. but in case you will be starting a whole new game it can be 200. reasuming, in each game you will create a player can have various potential ability within 170-200, but once a player ability is created it will NEVER change during your created game.

-10 means the computer give the player a random number between 170-200 when you start a new game.
