Default FMM and Work Permits

I have a question regarding the FMM Editor. Ok, I'm playing as Sheffield Wednesday currently, and have spotted a young Brazilian player I'd like to sign. The problem is that he has no international caps, so it's unlikely he will be granted a work permit.

So my question is, if I were to edit his international caps up to say 50, then is this merely a cosmetic change, or would it allow this player to gain a work permit due to his 'newly gained' international experience.

You'd be better upping his reputation, and ability to get him a work permit?

Nah, nah, nah.

What you're better off doing is this:

Make an offer for the player, contact ect.

When he accepts, and then it says they're away to get a work permit. Set his nationality to English.

Then when it says the work permit has come through, and it gives you the option to sign the player. BEFORE you confirm the signing, set his nationally back to what it was, then confirm the offer. Never fails.

If you set his nationality after signing the player. IE when he's in your squad, it will then come up saying he needs a work permit. So it has to be just before you confirm the signing.

You can also do the following.

1. Go to player interactions and praise him.
2. Then go to his "relations" and change your name(you will be his favorite person or disliked person) and change it into "other nationality" and give him one of the EU countries.
