Does anyone know if its poss to rename some of the tournaments like Champions League, and have the changes take effect without havin to start a new game??

Worked fine for me and my brother. Did you .zip the orginals up correctly? It's the only part of the process I can think you might have an issue with if you're in the right folder tree...
