Just curious as to when you create a scout on editor, how do you go about adding countries they have knowledge of? I dont see any options.

I think they get knowledge of the countries in which their favourite clubs are from too so you could try putting a couple of clubs in their favoured section from each nation you want them to have knowledge of. It might not be full knowledge though I'm not sure

It could be hidden data i.e. if they had formally been a player (Cantona or Zidane) they would have history - this shows up in the game but can't find it in the editor.
