i had that problem, if u have fm 07 installed still, open the file location from the shortcut, and the fm08 folder should be with it if u move up a folder, i opened the 08 folder and the editor was there for me

HI, IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE THE NUMBER OF SUBSTITUTES ALLOWED ON THE BENCH IN ENGLISH COMPETITIONS?

I cant use my editor it says theres an error when i try to open it and says to try reinstalling, despite several attempts iv had no luck and its drivin me crazy!!! anyone have any suggestions???
Also finding 08 really hard, anyone else iv tried twice with sunderland and have both times been sacked before xmas and id call myself an advanced fm user!

| First off, what's the error message you get? Simply saying 'It says an error' doesn't really help.
Secondly, download the FM patch. It MAY help.

I had an error when I installed mine, I got rid of it by uninstalling all older versions of FM (I had FM2006 still installed), then it worked fine.
It may not be the same error, but its a thought!

i'm having same problem with editor the error says it cant find file msvcp71.dll. i've uninstalled all old versions and unistalled and installed several. any ideas please
